The hotel was fairly clean based in a historic style building with really helpful staff. Incredible location close to everything. Also - just next door to a lovely quiet area close to the heart of Da Lat, and the city center next to walking street...

I had a pretty decent stay! The location was super convenient, right in the city center, making it easy for me to get around. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made my business trip way smoother. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, so I could unwind after a long day.
The communication skills of the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. I faced some hassles with room changes and language barriers. the bathroom cleanliness could really use some improvement; I encountered some mold that made my stay less enjoyable. it was a mixed experience!

The hotel had a good location minutes away from Cu Hill. The room was soundproof, and modern, with TV set, a mini fridge bar and a writing table.

The noise was unbearable-shouting guests all night, doors slamming, and staff who didn't care. I couldn't get any sleep, and it made the entire experience feel chaotic and frustrating. Avoid this place!

The location is great and the rooms are spacious, perfect for a short stay. Staff are friendly and do their best, though communication can be tricky. Just a heads up about the occasional cockroach, but they were quick to help when we needed to change rooms. Good value overall!

I had the opportunity to stay at Dalat Wind Hotel during a recent business trip that my director chose for our team. The location was perfect, situated in a nice, quiet area that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep while still being within walking distance to the lake, night market, and various restaurants and cafes. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, with all amenities in place. The shower had hot water, and the hotel staff were attentive and enthusiastic, making my stay more enjoyable. Their recommendation for a delicious chicken hot pot restaurant was a highlight of my trip.

The staff were all super friendly, especially Jenny at check-in, who had a smile and was helpful with local tips. The WiFi was solid too, which was a pleasant surprise for planning my days.
I couldn't shake off some issues. The bed was way too hard for my liking, making it tough to get a good sleep. Plus, housekeeping dropped the ball—my sheets were stained and not changed during my whole stay! To top it off, I even spotted a cockroach by the bed, which was pretty off-putting. Wouldn’t rush back, honestly.

The warm welcome from the super friendly staff, who even accommodated my height concern, added a personal touch. The peaceful setting and spotlessly clean rooms, with comfy beds and a lovely balcony view, made our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring local restaurants and nearby landmarks like the Dalat Flower Park. while the facilities were adequate for a two-star hotel, I missed having breakfast on-site. it was a pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning!
